Breakfast and Lunch Served this Summer in the ISD

Thanks to a federally funded program coordinated through the Independence School District Nutrition Services Department, children and teenagers have the opportunity to receive free school breakfasts and lunches on weekdays this summer.  The meals will be offered at 14 ISD school sites from May 29 – June 28.

Here is a list of schools serving meals, including times:

Bingham – Breakfast 7:10-8:10, Lunch 11:00-1:00

Bridger – Breakfast 7:10-8:10, Lunch 11:00-1:00

Truman – Breakfast 7:30-8:30, Lunch 11:15-12:15

William Chrisman – Breakfast 7:45-8:45, Lunch 11:00-1:00

Benton – Breakfast 7:50-8:50, Lunch 11:00-1:00

Glendale – Breakfast 7:50-8:50, Lunch 11:00-1:00

Little Blue – Breakfast 7:50-8:50, Lunch 11:00-1:00

Mill Creek – Breakfast 7:50-8:50, Lunch 11:00-1:00

Van Horn – Breakfast 8:00-9:00, Lunch 11:00-12:00

Cassell Park – Breakfast 8:45-9:45, Lunch 11:00-1:00

Fairmount – Breakfast 8:45-9:45, Lunch 11:00-1:00

Luff – Breakfast 8:45-9:45, Lunch 11:00-1:00

Randall – Breakfast 8:45-9:45, Lunch 11:00-1:00

William Southern – Breakfast 8:45-9:45, Lunch 11:00-1:00

Meals will be served five days a week (Benton, Bingham, Bridger, Fairmount, Little Blue, Luff, Mill Creek and Randall will be closed on Fridays).  All meals must be served within the time periods listed and must be consumed on site.

Three Trails and Sycamore Hills Elementary will be open July 1 – August 6 (closed July 4 and 5).
