ISD Schools Celebrate Fall in the Classroom

Students across the Independence School District are celebrating fall with exciting lessons, science experiments, art projects and more! Watch videos and view photos of these lessons below.

Some of the ISD’s youngest learners at Hanthorn Early Education are discussed different shapes, colors and textures by exploring pumpkins. Watch students take turns reaching inside a pumpkin to take a closer look at the seeds and pulp here.

Spring Branch Elementary kindergarten students chose their very own pumpkin for a day of pumpkin-themed lessons.
