TDAP and MCV Vaccine Clinic for Middle and High School Students September 23rd

The Independence School District is partnering with the City of Independence to offer TDAP and MCV vaccines for ISD middle and high school students on Friday, September 23rd from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Truman High School. 

TDAP is a booster offering continued protection from diphtheria, tetanus and whooping cough (pertussis). MCV offers protection from Meningococcal disease. The state of Missouri requires all incoming 8th and 12th grade students to have the MCV vaccine. TDAP vaccinations are required for all incoming 8th grade students.

A $15 fee and insurance information will be collected during online registration. Space is limited. Students must be registered for the clinic by September 21st at 8 a.m.

Please use the building’s east entrance near the football stadium upon arrival.
