Communication

  • Describe the process of communication through models and examples.
  • Recall the elements of verbal and nonverbal communication. 
  • Name the importance of communication in Public Service.

Leadership

  • Identify the ranks and opportunities within Military structure. 
  • Classify Military responsibility.
  • Recall stories of time spent through service. 

Social Services

  • Distinguish needs of students in case studies.
  • Examine problems and solutions in social work settings. 
  • Plan a course of action for students in classroom settings for social needs. 

Political/Law

  • Outline the process of a criminal trial.
  • Dissect a mock trial script. 
  • Construct a case for a trial. 

International Studies

  • Identify cultural significance of public service jobs across the world. 
  • Compare and contrast culture and government across countries.
  • Produce ideas for collaboration in government roles. 

Public Safety

  • Adapt to crisis management situations. 
  • Distinguish bias in public safety fields.
  • Model solutions and plan for crisis situations.
