Unit 1: Line
- Apply and identify types of line (hatching, cross-hatching)
- Understand one-point perspective
Unit 2: Space
- Identify foreground, middle ground, and background
- Apply positive and negative space
- Create three-dimensional concepts
Unit 3: Texture
- Create implied texture
- Apply stippling, hatching, and cross-hatching techniques
Unit 4: Color / Value
- Identify primary, secondary, and complementary colors
- Apply value to create three-dimensional forms
Unit 5: Shape / Form
- Create forms using multi-mediums
- Identify geometric and organic shapes
- Identify non-objective artwork
