Semester 1
Fitness Components & Training Principles
- Identify and compare health-related and skill-related fitness components
- Apply the overload principle (FITT formula)
- Design a personal workout plan
Safety & Cross Training
- Implement safe strength and conditioning protocols
- Plan and participate in cross-training programs
- Demonstrate correct technique in selected activities
Nutrition & Exercise
- Develop strategies for balancing nutrition and physical activity
- Understand the relationship between nutrition and health risk factors
Semester 2
Kinesiology
- Identify muscular and skeletal structures
- Design programs to improve personal fitness levels
Workout Design & Stress Management
- Create warm-up and cool-down routines
- Practice stress management techniques (deep breathing, yoga, Tai Chi)
- Participate in varied strength and endurance activities
