ISD applicants, please take the following steps to submit a request:
1. Log in at https://www.verifent.com/log-in. New users need to register and create an account to proceed.
2. When prompted, use our unique organization code: A3F2CE
3. You will need to provide your date of birth and the last four (4) digits of your social security number.
