Students Fill Leadership Buckets as Part of Leader In Me Initiative

Posted January 17, 2020

Students in Ms. Guzman’s second grade class at Three Trails Elementary spent time learning about leadership and filling each other’s buckets as part of the Leader In Me initiative. Students are recognizing the good habits and leadership qualities of their classmates and placing compliments in their leadership buckets to spread kindness in the classroom.

The Leader In Me initiative teaches students to lead their lives with confidence and independence while working well with others to make meaningful contributions at school, home and in the community. The initiative is currently implemented in 2,000 elementary and middle schools across the United States, Canada and around the world.
