Save the Date for Kindergarten Welcome Night

We are excited to welcome our new students to the Independence School District! Please plan to attend Kindergarten Welcome Night on Thursday, April 7th between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. at your neighborhood elementary school as determined by your home address. This event will give parents and students the opportunity to get important information about the transition to kindergarten and provide important documents required for the start of school. Children must be 5 years of age by July 31, 2022 to attend kindergarten during the 2022-2023 school year. Additional information regarding online registration will be available prior to Welcome Night. We look forward to seeing you there!
